What payment means do you accept?

What do you consider my billing address?

Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. When entering this information during the checkout process it is important that you

Can I cancel an order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our

warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

2) How to check shipping cost?
If you choose free shipping, there is no shipping cost. But if you choose EMS/DHL, there probably have some additional cost. You can add your items to your shopping cart, then you can get quote to estimate the shipping cost for different shipping couriers. If you need tracking number for airmail, you need to add extra fee but now all item sent out to you by Register Airmail free shipping.

3) Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide countries by airmail, registered airmail, EMS, DHL etc.

4) : Where is the order shipped from?
Answer : Your order will be shipped from Hong Kong or United States  .

5) : What's the shipping time?
After payment received for the order, we will ship the order in 3-5 days maximum. But due to the oversea shipping takes more time on custom clearance, it will take more time than domestic shipping. We appreciate your patience while you choose free shipping by airmail.

8) : How do I get my tracking number?
There is no tracking number for airmail service. But you can add fees to get tracking number during checkout. When order completed, we will send you tracking number information by email. You will also see the order tracking info at your Lightingole.com account page. If you did not receive tracking number in 6th day after payment, please contact our customer service.

9) How to check order status?
We understand that you are eager to know your order real time status. You can track order status from your lightingole.com account page, or you can check your email. We will update your order status on your account page at lightingole.com. We also send your order status information to your email. If you got tracking number, you can track it at below sites.

10) : My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
When we deliver the package to post office, we will send you tracking number. But it takes 1-3 days for post office to put the tracking number on the online website to track. So please wait 1-3 days to track it online. During new year holiday or other holidays, it shall take more time to track.

11) : Does lightingole.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Answer : Yes, but we deliver to APO/FPO addresses by airmail only, the EMS/DHL express will be not apply, please provide the detail address if you want order by express.

12) : Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?
lightingole.com may decide to package your items separately due to weight, size concerns or some products out of stock. You can check from your order list which parts were sent separately.


13) : Does my express shipping option (EMS, DHL etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out before the normal?
Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 3-5 business days processing time-frame, regardless of the shipping option selected.

14) : What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, please check your order list to make sure order was sent in one packing, if separately, please be patience for another one. If all packages have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing clearly for small item.
If you are unable to locate the item at last, please take a photo which show any labels of the packing and email us.

15) : Do I need to pay for Tax and Customs Duties?
Lightingole.com sent the products from Hong Kong which is a free port. Because there is no sale tax by Hong Kong government, customers will not to pay any tax when shopping from us.

From our data, only less than 1% of the package was opened and checked by customs. Customers are responsible to pay if import taxes are needed.

Although the possibility to have import taxes is near to zero, we strongly suggest that you'd better know your import policy before your purchase happens. Well you have to notice that some products may require special licenses or permits to import (such as high powered lasers). It is customers business to handle the products that are confiscated by the Customs in customers' countries.

16) : What is the Airmail?
Airmail (or air mail) is mail that is transported by aircraft. It typically arrives more quickly than surface mail, and usually costs more to send. Airmail may be the only option for sending mail to some destinations, such as overseas etc.
Register Airmail is the mail which you can get the tracking number to track it on the website.

I haven’t received my package 20 days after shipment.

Most likely your package is delayed due to an unforeseen situation.  Please wait a 5-10 working days more.  If the package still doesn’t arrive then

How much is DHL shipping method?

For DHL orders we may ask you pay extra shipping cost after you finish the payment for below two stuations :

(1). If your parcel is large in size and light in weight, you may be charged for its volumetric weight rather than its actual weight. To calculate the volumetric 
weight use the formula below:
length*width*heigt(cm)/5000=weight(kg)

Parcel weight is rounded up to the nearest half kilo. The greater of the two weights will be used for the shipping cost.

 

(2). If you are located in a remote area in DHL system. http://remoteareas.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp,  we need to charge  at least 40USD or more for the remote area fee according to the order’s weight. Either the Postal Code or  Village/Town/City of your shipping adress could be found in DHL remote area , we have  to charge remote area fee.

Why was I asked for a "CPF" number? (Brazilian customers)

Our customers in Brazil have informed us that for international shipments, all individuals are supposed to state their “CPF” number on invoices and 
companies are required to include a “CNPJ” number.
Therefore, if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the correct "CPF" or "CNPJ" number so your package can smoothly
clear Customs.

Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?

In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs 
clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies 
vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are 
required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Why isn’t the tracking information for my order available online?

For registered airmail, the tracking information takes 5-7 working days from the time of shipment to update online. Please try to track your order after 7 
business days to get your package status. 
For express shipping, the tracking information is available within 1-3 working days after the package has been shipped out.
